February 24: Korean Grandma's Sunday Supper
Chef Seung Hee Lee
Chef Seung Hee Lee - pop-up chef, nutritionist, natural wine lover. Her cookbook Everyday Korean adapts traditional Korean recipes to modern kitchens. Markets and seasonality also factor into Seung’s cooking - at pop-ups in Paris, New York, New Orleans, Copenhagen, London and Atlanta - she has relied on the best local ingredients to give her dishes, many of which she learned from her grandmother in Korea, a contemporary feel. Seung’s pop-ups are intimate experiences for lovers of food and natural wine, and her dishes are often served family style with a side of personal storytelling.
Tickets are $50 plus taxes, service charge, and gratuity. Beverages are available, but not included in the ticket price. The bar opens at 5:30. The ticketed dinner starts at 6:00pm, then a la carte bar menu items start at 8:00pm. Click here for tickets.
