Oh. my. gosh. I crave the Carbonara pasta all the time. It is so simple, but absolutely packed with flavor. Cutting into the sunny side up egg and letting that gorgeous yolk incorporate into the pasta gives the dish a lovely richness and silkiness. Also, I would be remiss if I did not mention how wonderful the gluten free pasta is. It is a challenge to find good gluten free pasta, but I must say that the handmade gf fettuccini served at a mano is by far the best I have ever had. You can tell that the chef truly cares and has a passion for creating high quality and memorable dishes.
The food is wonderful, but that would be nothing without with warm and caring staff. They make the experience truly delightful. Overall, a mano has become one of my go-to Atlanta restaurants and by far, my favorite Italian spot. From the food to the service and atmosphere, a mano is truly a gem.
